I can quality check your policies and strategies, or help you devise new ones, to ensure compliance with equality law. I can develop equality impact assessments to evaluate the implications of any new initiatives, either on your staff or on your customers, and work with your organisation to integrate new policies into best working practices.
I can also assist you in identifying ways to diversify your workforce.
In ‘train the trainer’ mode, I can encourage and empower you to go on and teach your teams about everything they would need to know about the Equality Act and how to apply it in their daily working lives.
I have extensive knowledge of case-law and only cover content that is relevant and practical to you and your business, and I can supply further training support if needed.

I'm Steve Porch and I'm a specialist with 20 years experience working for the UK Government on Equality Law matters.
